    Very pleasant old school Italian restaurant with good table service. Decent selection of wines. They have two seating areas separated by the kitchen and a patio.

    Nice small place, has more outdoor space then in door. Love their spicy lamb burger.

    We have enjoyed many meals through the years at this SF classic. I like the menu, the staff, the wine list and the charming owner who is Top Shelf.

    We had the smoked chicken hash and the spicy lamb burger with two Italian beers for brunch, and it was excellent. We left pleasantly full and it was quite affordable considering the quality and environment. Next time, we're sitting on the patio!

    Really fantastic experience at Magic Flute. I wanted a nice, quiet dinner on the last evening of a business trip and got exactly that. Beautiful restaurant, warm and welcoming atmosphere, delicious food, extremely helpful and friendly service. Highly recommended. I'll be here again next time I'm in town!
