This is now called Pho Tai
DELICIOUS!! I ordered way too much food and still managed to finish all of it because I could not put my fork down. The winners: Garlic Noodles and the Green beans
This place was incredible!! I got the beef wonton soup and let me tell you, I didn't even need to add anything to it. Usually I add siracha or some spice to add flavor but everything in this soup was simple, yet flavorful. Highly recommend this place.
$10 minimum on card and most of their items are $8 or less
I got the beef stew w dumplings & noodles soup.
The beef was very tender and flavorful.
The dumplings were a little off - there was an herb that gave it a very strong grass taste and some of the dumplings had a cartilage-ish texture.
They give you a choice of noodles and I chose the rice noodles. They are not the wide, fat rice noodles. They are the thinner (but not vermicelli) noodles.
The soup definitely need a little bit of salty love. I added 1.5 soup spoons of soy sauce to the bowl and it was fine.
The cleanliness of the place is a little sketchy. There was soup/hot sauce residue on my table and the lady ignored it when she brought my hot tea, so I asked her to wipe it when she brought my napkin. OH YEAH, they hide the napkins behind the counter, so I hope you are less of a messy eater than I am.
