Le Moon Thai Eatery

Welcome to the neighborhood! I was sad to see Yukol Place had closed, as it was my go-to Thai restaurant and the staff was so kind and friendly. I was interested to try Le Moon, the restaurant that has taken over the Yukol space, to see how it compared. I am happy to say that I really, really enjoyed my first Le Moon meal! I ordered the Green Papaya Salad (Thai style). It's was very fresh and, oooh, spicy! (That good spicy where your nose is running and your lips are burning but you can't stop eating it!). I also ordered Red Curry with Chicken. What I loved most about this curry was how much depth of flavor there was and that it wasn't overly sweet. It's very savory and umami. And the chicken was very tender, which was lovely. Overall, great! The vegetable spring rolls were hot and crispy and came with a sweet and tangy sauce. Also delicious. See you again soon, Le Moon!
