So many good things to say, Where do I even start?
I had just walked 25000 steps with a 20lb camera bag, and I still had trouble finishing my shrimp Pad Thai, the portion was so generous.
The Penang curry special with Tofu was spiced so nice, and had the famous lemongrass aromatic aesthetic that comes with the dish. Not to mention, if the curry was plentiful, they offered more rice so you can have it all!
I also appreciate the hot sauce options, starting with Sriracha, jalapeños in vinegar, Thai chili in vinegar and pureed chili. I tried them all, they're really good if you can handle spice.
We wanted to compliment the chef, and the store owners mom came out to greet us and thank us back. So friendly, so good, and the ambience is so relaxed you'll be in a better mood
Highly highly recommended.
We all eat with our eyes first. The food looks appealing and tasty. Once you get to taste it that might change your opinion.
Order:
Beef Pad See Ew: it was salty. 2/5
Tom Yum Soup: had a very mild taste of lemongrass and an overpowering taste of tomato and carrot. 1/5
Red Curry: was tasty and spicy 5/5
Beef Fried Rice: was bland also note that the rice doesn't come with protein. It's an additional cost even though it states "your choice of protein" 1/5
Thai tea was too sweet needed to water it down. 2/5
I love Thai food and when I read the reviews I thought I had to try it. Unfortunately, it was not a yummy experience. The cost is high for the serving size as well.
Phat Thai is our new favorite Thai restaurant in the area. The Pad Thai and Green Curry were so flavorful and the portions were big. Save room for the mango sticky rice, it’s a must try! The owner ran a food truck for the last 13 years, but this is his first store and it was fantastic. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
Walked in on this cute place randomly, with no expectations and wow we were blown away. Got a crispy pork over fried rice and chicken ka pow over rice. Both were amazing, special shout out for the fried rice, it was perfect. The staff was very friendly, and the owner, Bobby is a humble person. Easy recommendation 😋
I’ve had Thai food all over the city, and this ranks up there with the best. Good location and service, all the dishes I had were fantastic. Must try their wings and chicken skins. Chatted with the owners for a bit, turns out this is the brick & mortar location for the family owned Phat Thai food truck!
