The ambience and service was excellent but overall the food felt a bit bland. It lacked a lot of the spices were expecting so everything felt flat. They also ran out of grilled lamb when we went so we couldn’t try everything we wanted to. The grilled chicken was cooked to perfection though. Highly recommend!
Loved this restaurant! Was easy to get a seat at the bar on a Saturday evening. Very beautiful and great ambiance. Solid wine list all under $100 bottles! All the food was delicious especially the lamb. Talked to the owner a bit and loved her story. Will definitely be back!
Came on a Sunday night and it was lovely. We had the duck Bastilla, chicken tagine, a flatbread type of dish with ground pork & beef. And the almond cake. All delicious and nicely prepared. Also pita bread tasted fresh and handmade. Highly recommend and nice ambiance
My sister eloped at the courthouse and I wanted to surprise her with a preplanned dinner at L'Mida, a Moroccan restaurant that I had heard great things about. I was not disappointed.
L'Mida was the perfect venue for her celebration. They had vegan, gluten free, and vegetarian options that suited her and her party's dietary restrictions. The food was mouthwatering, authentic, and generous. Their favorites were the couscous, Zatar Manakich Flatbread, and Maakouda. By the end of the night, even the vegans were full!
The ambiance was cozy, elegant, and intimate. The service was impeccable and courteous. Esma, the manager, was very accommodating and gracious. The price was very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food.
I highly recommend L'Mida to anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience. Thank you, L'Mida, for making my sister's elopement night unforgettable!
This new Moroccan restaurant is a true gem, offering an authentic taste of Morocco right here in the city. The flavorful dishes, reminiscent of its sister restaurant Khamsa, are a testament to the culinary skills at play. The decor creates a warm, inviting ambiance, enhancing the overall dining experience.
What truly stands out is the charming Besma, whose warm and friendly management style adds a personal touch to the experience. Dining here is more than just enjoying a meal, it's an immersive trip into the heart of Moroccan culture. Don't miss out!
