    Saison Smokehouse fired up the grill at Angler to offer takeout meal kit, it's delicious! We tried the peppery tender ribs and brisket, the rub was very tasty. The brisket is a wet cut; salty, rich, and fatty. It was elevated Californian BBQ! Everything we got was delicious except the Mac & cheese which was unmemorable and lacked flavor.

    BBQ: Pastrami Brisket, and Spiced Rubbed Pork Ribs
    Sides: Grandma's Biscuits (buttery and flaky), Cabbage Slaw, Mac & Cheese, and Braised Collard Greens
    Dessert: Embered Caramel Frosty
