“Love the atmosphere and extra nice people in here, but I didn't love my classic cheese steak. I found the steak dry, it had NO cheese on it and it had a weird sweet taste. I had my daughter verify and she squinted her face and without my prompt said what is that odd sweet taste. Also was surprised when the fries didn't have any salt on them.”

“They seem to exist off their to-go business, with few customers in the tired dining room. Nevertheless, the provide solid Hunan dishes at a fair price. I especially enjoy their Peking Style Pork Spare Ribs with a zesty sauce of contrasting flavors. Fried Rice is also a great value. One of many restaurants like this in San Francisco, but a good choice if you are in the area.”

“So cool to have such a specifically themed sushi bar!!! Upon entry I was greeted by very friendly staff and surrounded by posters and action figures of every different version of Godzilla. Honestly I've never really been into Godzilla but it was pretty cool. The sushi was also on point! I had a great experience”

“Nice family run spot for sandwiches and salads. Whenever I'm at CPMC I make sure to stop here for either the salmon plate or pork belly sandwich.”

“My friend and I ordered the veggie platter and the meat platter and shared them, family style along with some fresh pita bread. There was plenty of food for the two of us, and we ended up taking some leftovers home to go. The flavors were great, and the price was right. We will be returning!”

“Was in the neighborhood and stumbled upon this wonder. So many healthy and delicious options. Very veggie focused (serve fish, meat, and tofu). Great vegan / vegetarian options! I got a tofu curry, an udon salad, and a cauliflower mustard salad all were generous servings and total was around $12 for a quick veggie meal! Will definitely be coming back. It's rare to find an affordable, healthy, quality option for all dietary restrictions in SF, this place is a winner!”

“Great food options, out of some food at stations before 12:30, great prices, have to wipe tables down yourself.”
Address: 1428 Haight St, San Francisco, CA 94117, USA
“Its right next to Haight and Masonic ave. There were plenty of tables available when I went in. You have to order before you take a seat though. The menu has some great options and there are drinks available too. The food was good. We ordered stuffed french toast and crab cake Benedict and both were delicious. It was a lot of food. Bloody Mary was good too. Definitely a good spot for brunch.”

“I saw the reviews and had to go. The pork chops and coffee were good but the hash brown and biscuit really stood out. Best hash brown ever — I usually don’t finish the hash brown but cleared it here. I sat at the counter and everything being cooked looked so good but alas I only have one stomach.”

“They have 2 non-dairy options as well as some sorbet. The ice cream is good and the people watching is great. 4 stars for ice cream, minus one star for not being the most organized location. But the service was great!”

“Young lady to help this is like a ray of sunshine. Her name is Shell. An asset to the business and would to any business. Great prelude to an amazing meal. Exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.”

“Cheap and fast no nonsense pizza place. A little bit overrated considering they go light on the toppings and sometimes don't heat your slices all too well. Both the pepperoni and the veggie pizza are fine. They have tables available and it's not as dirty as other similar places.”
Address: 800 Stanyan St, San Francisco, CA 94117, USA
“It's a real dive. No indoor seating. The slices are not cooked real well and the guy/gal behind the counter looks like he/she hates life. No public restroom. I guess they're edgy 'cos their clientele is skaters and other street folks. I love it as the hidden neighbourhood pizzeria but only if Escape From New York Pizza is too busy.”

“Just stopped by as the place just opened. The place is an Ike’s copy, which is fine, but the sandwiches are not nearly as good. I ordered the buffalo chicken, and it was super small and they didn’t put any veggies as was noted on the menu. Ordered to go so I wasn’t able to say anything. I hope it works out for this place, but they need to ensure their menu is clear, or they make their sandwiches correctly. As you will see in the photo below, the sandwich is very thin and small.”

“Pizza is surprisingly tasty, with a good crispy dough. Establishment has little atmosphere but it's ok for something on the go.”

“They have pretty decent sandwiches and interesting specialty ones at that. The wait always seems a little longer than it should be especially when you order over the phone and show up 15 minutes later. The kids that work here though are always nice and the food is worth the admittedly not super long time. My biggest complaint is that they always seem to be running out of bread. Kind of annoying. They usually try to make up for it though. Still all in all great (and large) sandwiches.”

“Decent coffee place to study near the college. Careful handing them your card. Got a burrito, mocha and cookie and didn’t realize I was spending 16 bucks. The owner is a very nice man who brings the food and drinks out to you. Friendly staff and huge coffee menu. They have teas, smoothies, espresso / coffee and a wide variety of snacks like muffins and cookies and fruit. Very beautiful and homey cafe.”

“Was here for a family event. The food was tasty and quick. Parking can be a bit of a challenge depending on the day and time but it's worth it the staff is friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend it.”

“Good little crepe shop serving sweet and savory choices out of a small shop on the second floor. Loved the options to customize toppings and swap out gelato flavors for just $1 extra (the desserts come with vanilla otherwise). Would have liked some portion options as the ones we ordered were delicious but way too much for me to eat all at once. One other thing, we spent nearly $40 but they still charged us a quarter for a to-go box afterward :/ Otherwise, it was good and the mandarin crepe was great!”

“I love Chipotle. The food here is consistent but I hate their hours of operation. I realize it's in a large corridor for businesses but, living a couple blocks away, it's annoying that it closes early and isn't open on Sunday. I didn't detract a star for that since it is what it is, but the staff here seem fairly unprofessional on a regular basis. There's been a number of times that I've had to wait for service because staff members were just gossiping amongst themselves.”

“I come here quite often and I am never disappointed, but I tend to play it safe. I stay away from seafood, sushi, things of that nature and usually stick to the breakfast. You can't go wrong with one of their breakfast sandwiches and some hash browns. If you're looking for good, traditional Chinese food, I'd go elsewhere, but if you're not picky and don't mind it not being completely up to par then I'd try for their lunch.”
