Lathrop Food Plaza / LFP

Convenient location off the highway. The place is good but definitely needs more seating areas. It feels like the space was designed to come in and take food to go rather than hang out there.

Great food options to choose from. Atmosphere is affected by the rainy days but there's plenty of seating. We visited two food trucks and were not disappointed. We went to "The hot tender station" and "Charlys" mexican food. The wait varies between 15 to 20 minutes for any food truck when it's not too busy. Not sure if the wait time increases when there's more people but it's definitely worth the wait to give these places a try.

At the tender station we got the Nash and tender fries loaded up with pickles, coleslaw, chicken pieces, Mac and cheese and fries. You can choose your spice level. We got medium, ehich wasn't spicy. The only thing about it is that they don't put much chicken in there.

At Charles we got a a regular carne asada burrito for $9 and a chicken tinga quesadilla for $11. Both were packed with flavor. I would've definitely sat down and ate there if it was drizzling. The portions are huuuge. We split both and couldn't finish either.

I highly enjoyed coming here for the first time a couple days ago. Everything was great and it was nice to see a plethora of food choices. Hopefully more to come in the near or far future. One area has a great amount of shade, and the other side does not. I very much liked the food I ordered and will surely get some more Tacos Catrina. I also got a mini churros sample cup and they were very good! I only reduced the atmosphere to 3 stars, due to the excessive flies disturbing my wonderful meal. Other then that it was a great place to take my family.

Saw it off the side of the highway. Definitely worth the stop. Was able to park on the side road with a semi they have 30 min parking. I tried several different taco trucks good prices $2-2.75 per taco. They have a hot dog stand also it’s $7 for the cheapest hotdog
Must stop and support the local food trucks though!! They also have a pizza truck with a stone baked pizza looked really good.

Very convenient location for a small food plaza. They have a variety of food trucks (about 13, during my visit).
Different cuisines.
Plenty of parking towards the global check cashing. Parking is free at no cost.
