“Regarding The Spa at Wine & Roses... What an experience! Such a clean and welcoming space. The only reason I give it a 4 out of 5 is based on my experience of Korean Spa and expecting a sauna (at the very least), steam room and hot tub in the locker room area, because once you go nude, there is no other way! The steam shower is great, I did have to wait about 30 minutes of steaming it up before getting to a temperature worth sweating for. The 60 min deep tissue massage was relaxing and muscle tenderizing to say the least. The only thing that pulled me out of relaxation was the noise from the wedding on the property and occasional loud vehicle zooming nearby.”

“Save yourself a drive to Lodi!!! Not worth it at all! I was not impressed by this food. It looks good on camera, but goodness it was terrible. The only decent thing I tried was my daughter's chicken asada fries, but honestly it was not worth a second try. The food was so bad I just had to post about it! These are a few things I believe they could improve on. 1) Make your tortillas by hand! If your going to charge me 2.50 or whatever the price is for tacos, then they should be made by hand and not nasty Mission or Guerrero brand tortillas. They tasted like bolsa! (Bolsa means plastic bag in Spanish) I had the asada, pastor, and birria. Out of those three the pastor was the better ones flavor wise, but again not flavorful enough. Don't order the birria it was not birria it was just meat and sauce, no flavor. 2) The asada for the nachos should be actual steak. My husband said it was so bad that it was the consistency of ground meat. So bigger cuts of meat. I honestly don't want to waste anymore time talking about how bad it was so I'll leave it at that. Here are some pros: 1) Very pretty and clean. That's honestly what drew me in. So good job on the design. 2)I had the michelada and it was pretty good, could use some more lime, but that's my personal preference. I like them sour. Hopefully they can take the constructive criticism and improve on the food, which for a restaurant should be your utmost priority over aesthetics.”

“I’m sad that this place still has a negative reputation from when it was under bad ownership. The employees here were very polite, the service was quick & they brought the food right out to us. The food here is on another level, the lobster bisque bread bowl was SO BOMB. I got the grilled chicken pesto, I think they put crack in that house sauce. The sourdough for both the bowl and the sandwich tasted hot, fresh, and soft; I wasn’t breaking my jaw trying to get through it. The prices are reasonable for the portions and I always recommend friends and family to come check this place out. They deserve more hype, especially being in such a busy area with very much potential :)”

“Ordered thru DoorDash a Super Carne Asada burrito. My first order at this new place in Lodi. I was pleasantly surprised with how packed with meat this burrito was. The carne asada meat was flavorful and not dry. There was plenty of avocado in it; not overpacked with beans/rice to make up for the avocado or meat. This was a big burrito! I enjoyed it and can't wait to try other items here. I wish more tortilla chips were provided but the green salsa which came with the small bag was really good (not super spicy/hot). So ,I will give that one sandwich a 5star ,because it was exactly what I was looking for ,Hot oven toast crispy crunch of sour dough, smoked turkey and pesto . Keeping in mind sandwich and drink and bag of chips $18 ..ohh actually I added soup . “Very interesting fair for our lovely town. I love the idea of bringing a taste of London and all its flavors to Lodi. The liqueur offered is impressive. I tried a very simple dish of Fish n Chips, which was a little bit too greasy, but the fish was flaky. The mushy peas were tasty and did clean the palette after eating the fish. My biggest problem was having to wait 20 minutes for someone to take our drink order and another 20 minutes for someone to take our dinner order even though it was a quiet night. The staff was very pleasant.”
