For us the best of their 4 Manteca restaurants in terms of food and atmosphere. Cleanliness is of high importance to us. This location was immaculate.
My wife had the Chile Relleno Plate since they don't have it as a "combination option. Whole beans and corn tortillas. It came with some salad and rice.
I had the Menudo with Hominy and flour tortillas. The broth was clean tasting and the tripe and pata had a good quality texture.
As in all their restaurants, the Salsa bar was excellent.
Large dining area but it was quite busy.

We dine here frequently for lunch and we have never been unsatisfied.

Every meal has always been on point and thier service is excellent as well.

Management can been seen in the dining area bussing tables and actively going hands-on doing what is necessary for their team and to create a great dining experience.

Very, very good food, great service and it is super clean. The jugos are where it's at, but everything I tried I liked. Word to the gringos, this isn't your average hot sauce.

This is a newer location. The food was served fast and with good portions. The flavor amazing. Nothing but great things to say about the food. The only complication was that a couple of our plates were missing until we asked them. The cashier that takes the orders seemed frazzled. She was taking phone orders and tending to customers. So confirm your order twice because there’s a lot going on.
