    soo good portions are great fried oysters gave me complete life. sides are good, ribs are meaty and fall off the bone

    Pros:
    The food was good, it was hot when it arrived at the table, the staff was friendly, & fast, once you're able to get their attention, and it's in a good location.

    Con:
    The reason for the 3 stars is, because the servers were a little slow attending to the customers. My wife sat down 20 minutes before I walked in, and then I was there between 5-10 more minutes before they had water on the table. We, also, had to ask for silverware after our food was served, the menu didn't have every item on it, so our choices were limited. There's a stage for a live band to play, the staff allowed a baby to beat on the drums while customers were conversing, and trying to hear the television. (Very annoying, especially right after a long day at work).
    The staff were having personal conversations that could be clearly heard by the customers, and there was a little cursing. (Not good for the kids in the building, including the drummer).
    Also, the mop bucket is stored in the men's bathroom, and it stinks. The utility sink is in the men's restroom, also.

    Overall:
    My wife ordered a 3 way combo:
    Chicken wings, prawns, & catfish with a double helping of fries, because she didn't realize that there were other items that were offered, but not on the menu.
    All of her food was good.

    I had a 2 way combo:
    Ribs & hot links, w/ fries (because I didn't know about the other sides).
    The only problem that I had with my food is that the hot links slices were cut so thin that they didn't really have any substance to them. They were prepared just fine, but way too thin.
    The ribs were tender, and served hot.

    My suggestions:
    1) The staff needs some training to take their customer service to the next level. People want to feel as though they are appreciated for choosing your establishment to do business.

    2) No matter what you have going on, you have to make sure that your patrons' needs are catered to. Customers shouldn't have to hunt a server down to ask for things that should be put on the table the moment you come through the door.

    3) The mop & bucket should be moved to its own closet, because storing it in the bathroom, is really not good, especially if it stinks.

    4)If the utility sink can't be relocated, it should be kept clean, and deodorized at all times. There's nothing worse than a restroom that stinks.

    5) Pay attention to the details, because that's what keeps the customers coming back over & over.

    This is a really good place to eat, and I don't want to see it close & go away. I definitely will go eat there again. I will change my review once I have a chance to get by there again

    Food is AMAZING! I was looking for a place that i can eat at regularly during my lunch break and i found it! The ranch is DELICIOUS. I forgot to ask for ranch and was happy when i realized it was already in the bag. Great customer service :)

    The burgers are really good. I also enjoyed the shrimp and fries. Don't sleep on this spot! Lets support our peeps.

    They catered my party of 20.
    Delivered delicious hot chicken and fish. On time!
    Would highly recommend.
