Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Don't know what's happened here, but for the last year til now this place in Tracy is terrible on taking forever to take your order and then another century to get your food. I thought if I waited a few months things would improve, but it didn't! Tracy's Red Robin just doesn't compare to the service and food as Stockton's, their on the ball there! And it's not only me complaining, so were the other guest there in Tracy!

I love their tower onion rings to die for yummy and I love the whiskey burger but usually get the tavern burger double or the big tavern if I'm feeling like pigging out! Lol oh and desserts yummy but usually I'm sooooo full I cant eat them. The onion ring tower in short or tall stack fills you up but all the burgers are good and the fish and chips yummy

I'm not a big hamburger person, but they sold me on their Prime Chophouse Gourmet Burger. We had a good first time experience in Stockton restaurant & satisfied with our order & friendly servers. We were familiar with Red Robin from Los Angeles area previously. As with most restaurants, there's always room for improvement regarding customer service and your server being more thoughtful & conscientious about your special requests, like lemon for water, extra napkins, etc. I've recommended this location.
