Panda Express

Was in the restaurant to pick up an online order on last Friday 11/6. Old man was making a BIG stink, asking to speak with the manager about poor service and long wait. I managed full service restaurants for years, and I stood there watching the goings on for at least 8 minutes and saw that things were going exactly as they should on a Friday night in a pandemic. Staff was friendly and apologetic, doing their best to follow guidelines on a cold night. Food was great, wait wasn’t long if you order online. Long line, sure, but again. Friday night, in a pandemic. Seemed to be mostly ladies working, I didn’t get any names, but I hope that old man didn’t give them too hard of a time after we left. Thank you guys for doing your best.

I am very upset because I ordered online ahead of time because I can skip the line and just pick up my food and go. Well......that didn't happen! I had to wait a while. It took them a good 10 minutes to notice me and they weren't even that busy. I was so mad because the people walking around in the back dont even acknowledge you that you are waiting. I'm just very upset at that pick up service. All I gotta say is if you can't attend your customers who order ahead of time and acknowledge them then don't have that service. Not happy.
