Rib Line by the Beach

They do a Thanksgiving dinner special either for 1 or for a family. It makes it very convenient so you don't have to spend hours cooking and is very reasonably priced. Only downside is you have to travel to Grover Beach to get it, they should do it at the San Luis Obispo location as well and they would get more customers. Over all a good meal.

The ribs and chicken had good flavors and taste. I would order again when in the central coast area.

Might I suggest you brine your chickens and soak your pork over- nite in coca cola to help achieve a near fall off the bone experience. The chicken was dry and a simple sugar/salt brine will leave your chicken super-moist.
The cola soak will give your pork a great taste even with out barbeque sauce on them.

Really good BBQ at a pretty good price! I just ordered take-out due to the Covid-restrictions and it was all really good. The beef ribs are excellent and the trip-tip is very good. Also the jalapeno poppers are a treat. You really cannot go wrong with the Rip Line. I am not really a huge fan of the ambiance at the Grover location and I can't really speak to the in-person service since I like order the take out but I do know the good is great.

Really good food and we got take out and ate on the beach.

My first visit and God willing I'll be back. The appetizers (starters) were unreal! 5 star! The beef ribs were great too.
