They recently opened, food is great and fresh

Glad to see this new spot open up and change up the offerings in town. Didn't realize they were opening this weekend so it was cool to be among the first people to come in and check this place out. Seems like a super friendly family owned business as everyone there was really nice and seemed to be working on some aspect of the business. Really nice layout, cozy but open, and easy to read menu.
Decided to try a hot and cold sandwich to test out for the first time. We ordered their philly and their peruvian triple. Both were decent size and you could see them making it. The hot sandwich goes through a small conveyor oven to cook and it worked pretty well. Their philly was different from what I normally expect, but it was pretty good. The beef was overcooked unfortunately, but the sandwich tasted good nonetheless.
The peruvian triple sandwich was pretty interesting, it definitely reminded me of sandwiches I've had out of the US which made it feel more authentic. It was well made and was really fresh. It was a unique combination of flavor, I'd probably try again with their chipotle option.
I'm definitely looking forward to going back to try their breakfast options. Not too many places to find crepes around here, so that should be fun. A nice unique addition to the food scene in downtown Morro Bay.
