We ordered oysters and scallops for an online delivery. The oysters came on time but the order was missing scallops. We contacted them right away and within a few days a new shipment of scallops was sent out. I really appreciated their customer service and their willingness to make this right.
The oysters and scallops were amazing!! We had ordered their shucking knife as well and it works great.
We live in a landlocked area with no fresh oysters we trust. We’re so excited to find Giovanni’s and their reliable delivery service!
The service was fast and the seats had a beautiful view of the ocean. The food was phenomenal! My chowder bowl was delicious, the fish & chips were the best my boyfriend has had so far, and the garlic fries...spectaculaire. plus, the prices were very affordable! 10/10 would recommend and plan to come back again.
WORLD TAKE NOTE: Giovanni's has the best clam chowder I've ever had. Not too salty, clam in every bite, thick and not over the top creamy. They even spruce it up with a bit of old bay seasoning. Otherwise the other things we had were perfectly complimentary (garlic fries, deep fried halibut). Highly recommended if u make it to Morro Bay!
