Comfort American Kitchen

This is the first place we have been out to eat lunch at since the pandemic started. We were tired of takeout and wanted a relaxing dining experience. I was looking for something non-touristy and google suggested this restaurant. Phoebe, our server, was knowledgeable, accommodating, kind and professional. We ordered the Mac and cheese and the chicken salad sandwich. They were both PHENOMENAL. The chicken salad was made to order and super fresh. The service was attentive without being overbearing. This restaurant practiced social distancing guidelines and no one was seated near us. They had a patio where dogs are allowed. All around relaxing dining experience with delicious food. Phoebe was amazing and we can’t wait to return. Thank you again.

We had the Fried Chicken Family Meal and it was amazing! Been looking for a fried chicken source that wasn't either (a) fast food or (b) incredibly overpriced and this is it. The portions were quite generous, fed 3 with a little leftover. The salad was AMAZING, no iceburg lettuce in site w/ garbanzo beans & sunflower seeds ? Mashed potatoes and gravy were on point and the chicken was delicious! Worth going a little out of the way for ?

This restaurant has amazing vegan and vegetarian options. It nice to have a really good burger that is vegetarian even my non-vegetarian family order the beyond burger, it’s just that delicious!!! The staff is very helpful with wine recommendations! Also the carrots and dirt is so yummy!!

Best fried chicken ever! Hot wings are amazing! Their pickles are like none other. Cant wait to work through the menu

This restaurant just opened, so we thought we'd give it a try. I guess I would consider it upscale bar food. The prices were pretty high for what you get. The burger was good, but I don't know about $20 good! My biggest gripe was with the service. The young lady serving us seemed very clueless. Maybe she's not yet trained? She couldn't answer a couple questions we had about the menu, which we thought was strange. Well, maybe we'll try it again, but sure hope they train the staff better.
