Everything was made fresh, place was very clean :) As a vegetarian I appreciate that they have nopales available to substitute the meat and they even let me know that the rice had chicken broth which was good to know because most places don’t care even if I tell them I’m vegetarian 😭🤣 Would definitely be coming back!! “YUUUMMYYYY!!! Super delicious sushi. Must try: dancing on fire. It’s like smoking the sushi with fire so it taste like smoked sushi and it’s really super nice. The others sushi are also super nice: we tried Godzilla & spicy crunch shrimp. Oh and the miso soup super super yummy!”

“Wonderful dinner at our newest place to be in downtown Paso Robles. We were greeted with a smile and immediately seated. Beautiful decorated dinning room with a lot of attention to detail. Classy black with gold trim is the theme, black and white photos of Mr. Hemingway's adventures hung throughout, eye catching fully stocked traditional floor to ceiling bar is the main feature of the room. Ribeye streak cooked medium rare melts in your mouth. Parmesan encrusted Caesar salad is a must. Wine lockers available with excellent rates. I think Mr. Hemingway would very much enjoy dinning here. I look forward to my next visit!”

“Very good representation of Neapolitan pizza. The flavor of the crust could use a little more help and it is a bit too doughy. The Margherita pizza is pretty good but the flavor of the toppings for the procidana are very delicious. Wonderful herbal oregano and garlic flavor. Chairs were surprisingly comfortable. Quite expensive!”
