Such a low key gem in north Paso! Delicious quesabirria, el pastor taco, and quesadillas. Definitely recommend

Machete de barbacoa was good ! Barbacoa was lacking salt. The tortilla is handmade, due to the size, the tortilla is slightly thicker. Hot Cheeto burrito was good, but I would only order the burrito again if I had the munchies. The menu is different than other taco trucks.

We saw the recent Machete Tik Tok post and decided to drive from Alameda CA to El Guacamole in Paseo Robles on a beautiful fall Saturday morning to try it. Without a doubt, it was well worth it! Oh, and the drive down was spectacular too! I am originally from Apatzingan/Buena Vista Tomatlin in Michocan. THIS FOOD IS AUTHENTICALLY YUMALICIOUS EXCELLENT. We ordered a 20" machete with carne asada and five plain carne asada 🌮 for our frenchie. The doggy slammed all five tacos. We slammed the jamaica (it was good - not too sweet or sour)
The absolutely delicious machete? Didn't stand a chance. My fangs grew when I saw it! The homemade tortilla was perfect and the salsas really excellent! It's no frills. You meet lots of friendly, interesting people. SERIOUSLY, GO IF YOU CAN!! We will visit again soon!
