Wow! Been enjoying their pasta for years, so happy they took over the restaurant space next door! Do make reservations if you can. I Love what they are doing, place your order then get seated. Salad and soup came right away. Ordered the Lasagne and my Wife ordered the Pasta Fungi. Authentic taste of Itally, one of the best Lasagnas I've ever tasted! Ordered a bottle of the house Sangiovese which was a perfect complement to our meals, and the Mrs had the chocolate desert which she LOVED! Can't wait to go back!
We ordered the Eggplant Parm, Foccacia, and Ragu. All the dishes were excellent. We didn't order wine that night, but we plan on going back to get the full exprience.
WOW! This place is AMAZING!! The food is so good and the flavors are delicious! Cody was our server and he was super knowledgeable and friendly! He was on it! His food suggestions were perfect’ ! The chef Leo was awesome and came out and told us about the food and suggestions on what to order and the food just tasted fabulous! We had our barbershop Christmas party here and it was just so special! They went above and beyond for us! I totally recommend for top quality food and great ambiance. Fresh food you don’t want to miss out on this hidden gem at tin city! And you can even go next door to the the gift shop and buy the pasta and more to take home! We are blown away!
Happy we found Etto’s. We went because of a recommendation and now I’m doing the same. Great staff and excellent food. If you’re looking for a new place to try in Paso do yourself a favor and get to Etto Pasta Bar. I would recommend a reservation as it gets busy on the weekends.
Pretty good sauce on the alla Gricia; pasta was pretty gummy though. I sat at the bar and the staff never asked if I wanted a drink
