Food waa fantastic and the facility was so clean. Great vibe and of course brews! This was one for the books
The food here was good, but obviously not the main attraction. I had the chicken tinga tacos which were worth the price paid for them and the mango haze (sorry, can't remember the actual name) which was a good light beer.
The service was fast and the staff was great. Ordering was super easy as you could order on your phone from the table, or walk in to order from the bar. The outside seating was well heated (it's winter) and very comfortable.
If you enjoy 805 beer, you'll enjoy eating and drinking at the brewery.
If you find yourself here try the Merlin Stout even if you are not a stout drinker. It's magical! The staff checked in on us often. Service was better when we sat inside. Although these days it may be safer outside. Either way, I'll visit every time I'm in Paso. French onion soup is awesome.
Feels a bit corporate at first but it grows on you. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
It's actually a pretty big brewing facility running right along the highway, so you won't be lulled into delusions of alcoholic piety, but the music's nice and scene pretty real. Chicken Tinga tacos are a nice choice, and one you don't see all that often. I would of preferred soft, lightly grilled corn tortillas over fried ones, but I can respect their vibe.
Awesome beer selection needs no further introduction.
