Never let me down yet. Very consistent and great service, better than what it used to be...a long time ago I would say that the customer service reps were like roaches, as soon as the store lights would come on they would scatter, you couldn't find someone to help you to save your life. But now, it's a completely different story...
Outstanding job for the guys at Clovis and Paso Robles stores, I am impressed. Granted corporate does everything in their power to make things difficult for their associates to get the job done right and for their customers who are the only reason why they are in business. One would think that corporate would come up with ways for customs to be able to secure and purchase an item in one store to reduce confusion and delay, as opposed to the set up they have now.
We needed a washing machine yesterday, not one to order and wait for, but one to take home that day. We searched at our sort of local store in our neighboring town and found a machine that we wanted. However, they did now have it in stock, but I asked the associate helping us and he looked up the other available stores that may have it, and sure enough he found two stores.
One of them being the closest which was about two hours from us, we agreed to buy it and pick it up. The only thing was, they couldn't reserve the item for us so we had to purchase it, and not only that, but we couldn't purchase it at the current location we were at. We either had to purchase it online, or go to Paso Robles and purchase it on site. The associate at Clovis said that they did not have the capability to make the transaction happen for us at their store, so either we did it online or went to Paso.
We decided to purchase online and went over Paso to pick it up. When we arrived there, the young lady although struggled so much to make the transaction happen, everything took a lot longer than it should have. This was in part because the purchase was made online, did not have the sale price updated in the system, so we purchased it at non sale price, and the young lady then canceled the transaction and had to re-do everything all over again.
Had the Clovis store had the ability to help us with the transaction, then we wouldn't have spent so much time at the Paso location. Please allow your customer service reps at the store be able to do whatever is necessary to help the customer make the transactions as smooth as possible
