    The love and dedication from chef to staff is outstanding. "Quality over quantity!" Says the chef!
    Ultimately, the best dinning experience in the 805 at the very least!

    Setting is lovely. The outside dining area is lovely. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable about menu items. Wine selective is overwhelming! Beer options are sadly limited. Food choices are ok. Taste of food was good, but exceptional Prices are extremely overpriced!! We went for a date night, and will most likely not go back.

    Absolutely beautiful first dinner out post-quarantine! We came to Paso Robles to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary and Il Cortile was perfect - the food was incredible and our server Daniel was delightful. Highly recommend the outdoor patio if you want to dine at a distance. Get the truffle fettuccine and the truffle carpaccio. Just get the truffles and anything they come on! The lobster was also divine. We’ll definitely be back :) Thank you!
