These guys, well they are tremendous. The owners are some of the kindest most devoted people you could hope to meet and the food is fantastic. The staff is comprised of some of the finest people in town. If you want real Paso Robles vibes these guys plate and pour exactly that! DON'T MISS THIS PLACE!

Food was tasty, drinks were good. Had fried chicken and a pasta dish with their chicken added. Busy night and a bit on the slow side for service. Looked like one server on for all the tables!

Currently only has limited tables due to the strict COVID guidelines. Reservation is a must. We had the mushroom appetizer with cornbread, and and the mushroom pasta, and the fried chicken. All the dishes are well executed with balanced flavors. Compliments to the chefs and the wonderful servers!

Fantastic service, attentive and welcoming. We were seated outside on two bar tables and served water immediately. The menu offers an extensive and interesting cocktails list. All drinks were very attractive and tasty at first, unfortunately the weather was too hot and they watered-down. The oyster mushrooms was the best dish for us. The cornbread looked very attractive, fresh from the oven and covered with honey. The fried chicken was served with honey too. The salad was ok.

Love love loved Hatch! Sat down with the brother and the doggo outside last night and had a wonderful experience. Good wine, great food, and unbeatable service— everyone on staff (including the owner) came out to chat with us and check on the dog / diners. For a first stop in Paso Robles this place really can’t be beat!
