Believe it or not Paso Robles doesn't have a lot of Italian restaurants. We just discovered this place about a month ago & have been there for take-out 3 times. If you like linguine and clams this is the place to go. Eggplant, Chicken Piccante, Marsala & Desserts are great. Oh did I forget to mention the bread ? ?. I pray ? Villante's survives Covid ?. If you're a local give this place a try, you won't be disappointed ??
We tried to come on Valentine’s Day but the waitress said that they were too busy to take any more orders. Tried again on Thursday, and I can see why they are so popular! We will be back here for so many reasons. First off, the food is simply incredible. The chef really knocked it out of the park with the chicken piccata. The sauce was so good I soaked up every last bit of it with my bread. We’re also told that he hand bakes all the desserts right there at the restaurant, and you can definitely taste the quality. The tiramisu and the carrot cake were delicious, and I’m excited to try the cheesecake next time. The food was packaged well, they separated our hot and cold foods and included some delicious bread and oil. The waitress was cute, friendly, and knowledgeable. Somehow she recognized us from when we came in on Valentine’s Day. Since this was our first time trying the food, she made some recommendations and told us about the recipes. They are authentic and come from the chefs own mother! We are blown away by the food’s quality and the large portion sizes. If I could give 10 stars I would. 5 for the food and 5 for the service. This place is the hidden gem of Paso.
Best Italian food around. Since Covid we have had take out weekly. Portions are very large. Meatballs are so good you can eat them cold the next day. Vegetable and meat lasagna are a regular on our list. Had the Shrimp scampi last night, WOW. Homemade Carrot cake and lemon cheesecake are also delicious. FAST, FRIENDLY and VERY REASONABLE. Don't miss Villante's. Would give 6 stars.
We ordered from here the other night for our Anniversary.
It was take out.
The gal who took our order was very nice. She made me feel like my order was her Focus.
I’ve ordered out in other establishments and I have felt rushed and had to actually stop them from hanging up so I could finish my complete order..
Our food was ready when they said it would be.
The to go containers are very quality you can tell that they put effort into making it work for you so you can support them.
We got home and open the food it looked delicious it was quality and it was piping hot because of the quality of to go containers and everything looked perfect you didn’t feel like you ordered out they took time and effort in preparing and packing.
And everything was absolutely delicious. I appreciate the extra effort they put to assure that even though we are ordering out due to Covid we still had a wonderful experience I have not received that in another Establishments.
This will be our new favorite place.
I highly recommend it.
Great value, their Pesto was excellent, the best I have ever had. The Chicken Parmesan was amazing as well. Happy to have a go to a family style Italian restaurant!
