Great cocktails! Love the pork belly plate. This self proclaimed mixologist loves the Benny and the jets. Pricey tho $$$$. Love the 70s classic rock vibe. Staff was beyond pleasant and friendly. David was lovely.

We wish we could give this place 6 stars!! Highwater was the best meal we've had since living in San Francisco 4 years ago. It truly exceeded all expectations. The service was impeccable - we loved how the staff all worked together to make our experience great. The cocktails were out of this world - much better than some of the other local spots that charge $16-$18 per drink. This prices are great considering how much food you get and how tastefully the dishes are served. We got the Strawberry Gazpacho, beef tartar, and shrimp entree which was plenty of food for the 2 of us. Oh, and I didn't mention the awesome music! The sound level was just right - we could have a conversation easily, but still hear the music. We loved all of the little touches and can't wait to go back!

Very fun atmosphere and vibe here. Definitely a great place for a date or sharing with a group. Apps and entrees are all very nice portions. Fried chicken is amazing as are the sides it comes with. Fondue was a great starter. Cocktails are all very inventive and interesting while still being phenomenally delicious.
It may seem pricey at first glance, but this is definitely a place to share plates with your party. One app and two entrees comfortably fed a group of four.

Cute place, amazing service, awesome food & drink! We tried 2 of the cocktails which were both very tasty and we also shared the yummy fried chicken and pickle appetizer. Will be back the next time I’m in the area :)

Highwater is everything you need for foodie experience! The sharing food with your table is giving you the home feeling while being out in vibrant restaurant... you definitely enjoy the conversation and laughs trying the things together! All of the flavors are incredible from food to drinks... which the punch bowl is to die for ! Vintage vibes with dinner, pinkies out !! Menus on record albums and decor to match with great music to complete the whole dining experience... definitely a place to visit over and over again !
