We showed up on time for our reservation and had to wait way too long to be seated.
Food was good, but very few vegetarian options - all made on the same hot plate with the meat and fish juices, so if that conflicts with your diet, beware.
Staff was nice. Cook seems board or annoyed, maybe not having a good day...
The location has nice view of the water, but you're either seated with your back to the window, or too far away from it to enjoy the view.

I've been coming here for years, but the novelty of the experience and the food quality have both been going steadily down over the last few years. We had a reservation for lunch, but still had to wait nearly 30 minuets for our table, to be seated. Once seated, we were given 'holiday menus' and told that lunch is no longer offered on weekends, we get lunch sizes but have to pay dinner prices. There was no sign about this or mention of this when we made the reservation. We placed our order and waited nearly 40 minuets for the chef to arrive. The chef looked tired, overworked, and miserable. The food was ok, nothing special. The staff did not come back to refill our waters, but definitely came to drop off the huge bill. This place is no longer worth the money.

Amazing food paired with a fun dining experience where the chef prepares your meal right in front of you! The only con hence the 4 stars would be that you’re always forced to sit with another few families and sometimes privacy is nice on those special nights!

I believe this is the best Benihana I visited, from a restaurant, food and customer service perspective.
