    a nice upscale italian place. the bar is great, the dinner is expertly prepared, mostly in house. expect $30+ a head for dinner. Wish they would let me pour my own olive oil and basalmic for my bread. there was so much oil on my plate the US tried at coup with a puppet government.

    went In for dinner, very spacious and brightly lit (not for a date or a romantic dinner). order the Ravioli and seafood dish. food was good, not the best but value for money. some of the service staff, were friendly but a bit forgetful about the orders. (place was not busy so no excuses). most staff don't seem to keep an eye on the customers and tend to walk past without looking so you really need to get there attentions.

    Despite the upscale location, I wasn't expecting much out of IL Formaio. I was very pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent and the food quality and presentation was top notch.
