The patty was good, fries were good. Too much onion though. Front door would not close by itself after people walked in so it was pretty cold inside. Not much seating. But they did clean tables rather quickly.

The food is average nothing fancy, but still better then mcdonalds. The five stars are for the pies! The pies are amazing.

Under rated. Actually, the best Cheese Burger in the SF. Bay Area. The fries could be reintroduced. The pies are awesome. The Daly City location is busy and should have more seating. The parking area is shared with Ross and Trader Joe's and Safeway.

The food is pretty good, but the service is often the Achilles heel there. They definitely need a makeover in this area! Wow!????????????????????

Classic Big burgers from when they were nary a thing. These all-American burgers, and a few variations with fish and chicken sandwiches have a distinct, semi-guilty pleasure to the taste. Burgers and sandwiches can be customized a good bit (bacon and a fat chili). In addition, full-blooded classic breakfasts and a good variety of pies and cheesecake come with moderate prices and modwrate-to-high quality for price. The shakes must be good, judging by their pies, and the fries are thick-cut quality semi-crunchy. Prices are moderate for one of the bay area's classic big-mouth burger joints - One of the originators, with a distinct taste in all their varieties. Their chili-cheese also adds another good comfort option.

The place is modest-large for dining in, and has a classic burger joint interior.

It's a great place for a different take on classic American big burgers, albeit at low-moderate pricing.
