“Have not updated their online menus in a long time. Online shows their prime rib at 25.95 and when you get there, it's 38.95; so that indicates how old their online menus are. Food is just ok as tiger prawns are quite small in size and so were the fried scallops. It was a bad night for the deep fryer when we went. French fries were white color and soggy in a puddle of oil, and the waiter insisted that that is the way they are cooked. I had to insist that they simply cook the french fries longer and drain them before plating. The batter on the scallops were falling off when we got them, and the fried calamari was fried in clumps as they grab a handful and threw in in the fryer and never separated them as they cooked. The onion rings were also soggy and the batter falling off. The prime rib was fine but a little bit tough for a prime cut (maybe they are using choice cut?). The pressure cooked fried chicken was only warm. I think the highlight was the hamburger which looked delicious. Oh and at 7pm they already ran out of the dessert we wanted.”

“We went in this morning. The lady working there should have not been scheduled to work alone because she seemed lost: did not know how to apply a coupon, didn’t seem to know where the lettuce was, did not know basic food safety rules: you just don’t use the same gloves to make a sandwich, ring customer/operate the register, touch other things around and without even changing gloves proceed to make the next sandwich. And when you had customers waiting in line that been waiting for a while (and by the way two customers walked out while we were there) you don’t decide to ask the other employee that just came in how to use a discount....you attend to the customers that have already been waiting for a while first then you should ask any questions you may have.”

I spent a few years in Brazil when I was younger and I can tell you this is the closest you will get to real authentic Brazil pizza. “This is a revised review as of January 29, 2019. The menu has changed and the Salmon skillet is no longer available. On this occasion my friend and I ordered the Garlic peppercorn sirloin steak. Mine was cooked medium and was spot on accompanied by french fries and broccoli while my friend's was cooked perfectly rare with mashed red potatoes with a savory brown gravy over it and Al dente zucchini. We both had slices of cheesecake for dessert and that was very good too. Ask for Mikey for your waiter he is fantastic.”

“Pretty standard Poke. Prices are relatively low, but it also means the protein portion is a bit meager. They do have a pretty good selection of cooked proteins as well as tofu, so you could bring your friends who are vegetarian or won't eat raw fish. The topping choices are pretty diverse though none of them feel too premium or special. One base that I wish they had was sushi rice... your only choices rice wise is white and brown. All in all a good choice for a quick lunch that won't break the bank.”

“OK...Hold your hat. Best review ever. I was served by a youngish latino girl #32. She made the perfect sandwich. Ham with just exactly the right proportions of mustard and LTO. It was toasted and had half right away. Totally Wonderful. Put the second half away in the car. Didn't remember until next night. Took the Ham and LOT off and fried the bread. Put the rest on and second half was just as perfect. Had tried this before and usually comes out like warm garbage. The girl is magic. Didn't tip her enough. Funny thing is I don't particularly care for sandwiches. Emergency food. Not this one!”

“I like going to Serramonte Center. That mall has been there a long time and shops have come and go but it's a good place to go to shop for what you need. They also have a food court and restaurants for food and snacks. I like going to Quickly with my kids to get their snacks. They like the egg puffs, calamari and popcorn chicken.”
