I took my 95-year-old grandmother here because she used to come to Half Moon Bay with my grandfather and the restaurant was recommended to us by family. Food was decent, and we enjoyed our minestrone soup and fried artichoke hearts. Service, however, was not good. Our waitress took a long time to bring us water, then another long delay to get our order, and didn't refill my water until I asked - despite seeing me coughing and attempting to drink from my empty glass. Eventually I had to go to the front and ask for my check because she was nowhere to be found after we finished our food and waited.
In short, my grandmother (who takes 5 minutes to put on socks and shoes) commented on how slow the service was.
Super friendly and great service even though extremely busy on President's Day. Great food. Highly recommend. 3rd time here, from Seattle.
Wonderful place with beautiful ocean view and friendly service. Food was also good. My fries were done perfectly.. crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Burger was a little over done, but not bad. Hubby had fish n chips... For some reason his fries were not the same .. I guess they stayed in the fryer with the fish too long.... Don't know. Overall I'll be back.
Great food. Great service. Great views. The staff was we're good: especially since it was extremely busy. Also a great place to eat and watch airplanes take off, land, and for around.
Large place with multiple rooms, indoor and outdoor seating and multiple bathrooms. Good food selection anchoring on seafood and some classics like a burger. As a brewery they have a good beer selection and a full bar. Kid and large group friendly. I do suggest reservations but it has to be more than 3hrs in advance.
