Hayashi Sushi

Excellent product! I had my reservations about a sushi restaurant next to a discount cigar store, but the ratings drew me in. I could not have been more pleased!

We ordered 3 rolls, one was a special order. The fish was fresh. The tempura shrimp was hot and cooked perfectly. Nothing was drowned in sauce (as is the case with other places). It was a perfect, simple experience. The food was the highlight and the service, flatware, and presentation all augmented it.

Great price for the Quality of product.

While Hayashi is a bit pricey the quality of the fish is amazing! I did not get any rolls, but the carpaccio and sashimi and I was very satisfied. *I also did Take Out - perhaps not the atmosphere to dine in @ dinner, but speedy lunch spot.

We came close to closing after visiting the Ritz Carlton. They stayed open passed closing for us and didn't rush us at all. We got some rolls, tempura, and their sushi boat which has a little bit of everything sushi and sashimi and rolls. Everything tasted fresh and didn't feel overpriced for the quality.

Good sushi at average prices, staff was nice and the restaurant seems clean. Unfortunately the location is small and has very limited seating so you may have to wait to get in.
