Nice Malaysian/Asian fusion restaurant in Menlo Park. One of the few places open till 10.00pm for dinner in that area. Parking is limited - street or a small lot behind the restaurant. Went here on a Saturday night with a reservation. Place was bustling. We were seated within 5 mins. Staff/service was kind courteous and quick without being pushy or making you feel rushed. They gave us time to decide our items and order. Food was delicious with the right levels of spice and flavor. They did get my veggie entree with tofu (despite asking for no tofu). We didn't send it back since my partner was okay with having the tofu :) it is not an inexpensive place, but worth it for a nice weekend night. Will go back here again.
Great experience. The owner/chef gave honest recommendations on the desserts. Let us know that mango is not in season and the mango she bought for the black rice and mango is not as ripe as she'd like. We got it anyway. It was good but the ripeness of the mango was as she stated. The rest of the food was delicious.
Cozy restaurant with very good food. The black pepper scallops, the pineapple salad and the pad Thai noodles were all very delicious. Definitely worth a visit!
This is a lively place with cheerful people working. Great recommendations from the staff. The food is a delicious mix of Asian fusion cuisine, flavorful and a little different than what I have had at other restaurants that serve similar named dishes. A sangria, a halibut, and spring rolls all familiar but these were not typical dishes but really made special with a blast of exquisite flavors. It has an atmosphere where one can have a conversation and food to be relished. Very enjoyable.
We went for dinner on a weekday. No wait time. It has good seating and ambience and would be a great place for both office team lunches and dates. We ordered Singaporean black pepper chicken and Asam halibut along with coconut rice. All of the dishes including rice were very good.
