I love this place. Specially Veggie melt and Mexican Mocha. It is usually crowded and the wait times are upwards of 30 mins on weekends. Not just sitting but the food to arrive. But all the people working here are just great.

I came here for breakfast on a Sunday, and I got an order of French toast and a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll wasn't too sweet which I appreciated, and it was quite fresh. I sat down and ate that first while my French toast was being prepared. The French toast was brought to me, and it was quite tasty at first, but then I ate more and realized the bread was way too soft and had way too much egg coating. It was actually not very good because it was too soggy that way. They did give an ample amount of strawberries though which I enjoyed! It's a bit pricey at $21.21 post-tax for a plate of French toast and a cinnamon roll, especially for the quality of the former.

This is a very popular cafe in Menlo Park. It’s next to Caltrain station and parks is very easy to find. Very good service and friendly staff. Food is tasty. It can get very crowded during brunch time.

Cafe Borrone has delectable food. If there is one problem, it's that it is a bit of a victim to its own success and the lines can occasionally be pretty long. You order up front and servers bring your food to your table. Very nice. The coffee drinks are good, and they serve alcohol.

Cafe Borrone used to have great food at reasonable prices for those of us who aren't affluent. Example-you could get a bowl of minestrone with fairly large baguette with it. I had to pay $2.50 extra for a skimpy-skinny short baguette. The soup is not bad but would be even better with smaller pasta(the noodles were too big to eat with a spoon). More veggies than just a few carrots and beans. Over $6 for a bowl is a little pricey for a non-adventurous soup that is not expensive to make. All the other meals were expensive.
