Delicious food. Chef was from another favorite of ours, Paisano's
Fresh ingredients, good wines
I wish the ambiance was a little better. Their sign and menus had significant typos , the paint colors and TV added a dreariness. All easily fixable, with cozy lighting , fewer tables, typos fixed, a be better sign / banner
Lovely, delicious, and not overpriced. We had the Salmon Picata, and salad with grilled chicken. Both were very good served with nice warm bread. It was a very chilly night and it was very warm and cozy. I would definitely go back to eat here.
Bolare is a wonderful addition to Pacifica, located in the Fairmont shopping center! Overall, we had an excellent dining experience on 11/19/23. Our food was delicious, plentiful, well prepared and nicely plated. The tables were nicely set with linens and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Our service was efficient and friendly. They have a small private dining area (seating 8-10) off to the side of the entrance for an intimate small group or event. We feel this small restaurant is soon to become a local favorite! 5 stars on a first visit! Well done Bolare. We will be back!
Charming and cozy new Italian restaurant and pizzeria with plenty of tables, a private dining room, and a bar with a flat screen above (that was silently tuned to the movie "World War Z" at the time - I wished the sound or subtitles were on, lol). Warm homemade bread and butter was provided. We enjoyed the garlic bread (crispy/soft with just the right amount of butter and garlic), and the Spaghetti with Bolognese sauce, and the Eggplant Parmesan with Spaghetti with Marinara sauce were tasty and came in generous portions. Friendly and appreciative service. We're looking forward to going back and trying more of their entrées!
Cozy little dining area with a bar and small private room. Prices were not outrageous. Lots of free parking in the plaza.
Cheff Special pizza ($20.95 for Small) - I liked the dough because it was fluffy and not charred. I personally picked out the roasted red peppers because they were slimy.
Fettuccine Pollo ($20) - Chicken was pretty dry and the noodles were clumped. I also found a piece of plastic saran wrap. The sauce was addicting and the only redeeming factor. They also let me change the fettucine to spaghetti. Comes with plain white bread roll.
