“This Brooklyn native, long-time Pacifica resident was excited to try David's Bagels. It's a nice,cozy little shop with a great variety of delicious looking pastries. Staff is friendly, coffee is decent Tried an onion bagel with cream cheese and lox, my daughter tried an everything bagel with the same. I like my bagels toasted but that didn't seem to be an option. Bagels are a little on the doughy side, generous amount of cream cheese and lox. Sorry to say we can only rate it in not too bad to pretty good range. Overall a good experience and I will give it another try, next time probably a pastry rather than a bagel.”

The logo is cool and the restaurant itself is cool and the staff is friendly but the food is right in the middle of meh and mediocre. There is no soul. The chicken is chicken nuggets. The mac n cheese is mac n cheese and the BBQ sauces are mellow to mild. It is the safest place to eat. I wish it were more exciting that that. There are so many better choices. A rotisserie chicken from Sunny Valley Market is cheaper and more yummy.”

“We just picked up breakfast for the first time and I cannot tell you how wonderful it was! My sister said “I could eat this breakfast every day!” Everything was done perfectly. I forwarded a photo to a friend who is from El Salvador and he says this is exactly what they would have for breakfast. The beans were delicious, the plantains were just right, the eggs were so good. “This place is great!! This was my first time having hot pot and they walked me through it. Most places you go it’s sit down, eat quick and leave. We are here for an hour just eating and drinking. “2nd visit, been open for about 6 weeks. All you can eat and drink soup with everything you can imagine.. meats, seafood, wok, tofu, etc for about 32.00 - it’s more food than you can eat, and the staff is really nice. Sometimes you have ask them for service since they seem to not want to disturb you, but they will respond promptly when asked. Definitely a place you go when you’re not in a hurry, but not because it’s slow, just because how much food you have to eat and that alone will take you 45 minutes before you’re wondering if you can put away all this food. All in all a great place to go for a solid meal. Karaoke and private rooms for decent sized groups are in the back. Sake to me!”
