2nd visit, been open for about 6 weeks. All you can eat and drink soup with everything you can imagine.. meats, seafood, wok, tofu, etc for about 32.00 - it’s more food than you can eat, and the staff is really nice. Sometimes you have ask them for service since they seem to not want to disturb you, but they will respond promptly when asked. Definitely a place you go when you’re not in a hurry, but not because it’s slow, just because how much food you have to eat and that alone will take you 45 minutes before you’re wondering if you can put away all this food. All in all a great place to go for a solid meal. Karaoke and private rooms for decent sized groups are in the back. Sake to me!

Reasonable prices and excellent food. The few staff are somewhat competent but Grand Hot Pot is understaffed. As a result, time spent waiting for some food takes longer than is reasonable, expect to have to remind staff regarding food.

Great Food at a good price. For the same price it's healthier than Outback. They have both kids and senior pricing. So, this place is no in the rotation.

Good service, like the spice beef. Very reasonable. Will go again next week.

This is a fairly new hot pot spot.

There are booths lining the sides of the restaurant and larger tables in the middle.

They have a ton of soup bases! We got the traditional half and half. The menu says limit 8 items per order, but we ended up marking 10-12 items. They also have wagyu available for order. This was probably my favorite meat. The pork belly was also delicious!

There's also cooked food available. I highly recommend the walnut prawns. So delicious and the prawns are large!

I think my biggest gripe would be that they use paper menus for ordering. They ended up giving us a paper someone had already ordered off of so we had to cross things out before ordering.

They also have karaoke rooms available. There's an extra fee per person, but when I was there it seemed like all of the rooms were booked.
