Sourdough & Co Pacifica

The sourdough warm fresh and warm with a crunchy crust, the sandwich filling tasted fresh, overall a great sandwich. The clam chowder soup tasted a bit fishy for my taste.

This place is amazing! Love this chain and have been waiting for this to open. Have gotten the turkey, garlic pesto, and roast beef and all have been perfect. Quality sandwiches and lovely staff.

Got brisket sandwich and sourdough bread bowl.

I’m not exaggerating, the bread owl was one of the best I’ve had. Crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Tangy sourdough. This place is great!!

Brisket was only ok, but the sourdough for that was still great. Name checks out.

I think they are still working out their process. The people seem to be working really hard to keep up, however when you order online, the estimated time is pretty far off. I ordered at 12:37pm and my food wasn't ready til 1:15pm - so over 40 minutes from order to the food being ready. The lady said my pickup time was 1:05pm (ok?) but they didn't make that time either - so I was there from 12:50pm til 1:15pm waiting. Not sure ordering ahead is really worth it since they delay making your food until right before the their estimated pickup time (which I guess is computer generated?) which means you get there and watch everyone's food get made before yours who literally just showed up. I mean, then what's the point of ordering ahead? That all being said - people are super friendly, food is pretty darn good - love the bread too - so we'll be coming back but maybe not on the busiest of days :)
