Had heard a lot of praise about Five Guys. Sadly it turned out to be all hype and no substance. The patty was overcooked and the bun was soggy. The only saving grace was the high quality cheese they used. The fries were downright disappointing. Limp, soggy and over salted - they were an insult to the high quality of potatoes the chain prides themselves on using.

Additionally, this particular 5 guys staff seemed way overworked. But, despite being very short of help, they were super friendly and helpful, and that's the only reason I'm giving this a 3 star score. I'd just walk to the in and out nearby.

I usually don't like criticizing the food I eat, and I'm grateful for every plate, but I had a terrible experience and keep wishing I hadn't chosen to walk into this establishment today.

One of the best burgers I've had in the US. My few critiques are: the buns get soggy quickly when you get a lot of toppings. There's not a lot you can do about this except toast the buns a little longer. Don't bother getting mushrooms if you get all the toppings, mushrooms are completely lost in the intense delicious flavours of these burgers. Apart from that they're great, especially the chips.

The best part about them is that they have tiny versions of their burgers. Their toppings are some of the best!

No shakes (as in they don't even have shake machines) and they ran out of hot dogs the night we stopped by. Seems neglected by the franchise. You're better off going to In-N-Out.
