    I hadn't been to Erik's for about 5+ years, and was so glad to see they had added signage near the entrance with their sandwiches divided up into "Cold" and "Warm", with the combinations listed too. It's so much better, for new customers to be able to decide what to order at a distance from the ordering counter...I was able to stand to the side and read suggestions for my lunch while not feeling any pressure to hurry! Thanks, 'Erik'!

    The restaurant was maybe 10% full with no one in line, but somehow it took over 40 minutes to get two sandwiches to go. While the two employees were friendly and always seemed to be doing something, they somehow averaged less than one sandwich every 5 minutes between the two of them. My sandwich tasted good at least.

    I've been coming here for the longest time and forgot to rate.
    Always have a good experience when dining in and or do a to go.
    All the Sandwiches plus pickles I've eaten were very good.

    No complaints besides the price (but what can we do, these franchise owners has to make profit also) but overall good on my end (also for all branches visited in the bay area)
