Found a hidden gem at a small local that Buddhist temple! Only on Sundays there's a small kitchen that turns out some affordable authentic Thai dishes ($7) such as pad see ewe, pad Thai, basil with ground pork or chicken, fried rice, omelette over rice, fried garlic pork chop, a variety of curries ($7), fried chicken ($8), sweet fried bananas, and an assortment of sweets ($3) and at times Hainan chicken rice. All dishes are available until sold out. Sometimes they're open earlier than 930 as dishes are ready but they're is no definite time. You buy food using tokens from the lady in the back but you can also get refunded for any unused tokens. The noodle soups (beef coat style or ground pork with fish balls) are really good ($8)! The place gets pretty busy by 11am including the small parking lot.
