Our first time dining here and it turned out pretty good. Big portion, nice food presentation, and service is not bad. Their steak would’ve been perfect had it not been salty. I love their twice-baked potatoes that comes with every steak. There is no need to order side dishes bec each steak comes with twice-baked potatoes with veggies. Ambiance is pretty nice and it can be romantic.

Well worth the price for the impeccable service we received! And the food? AMAZING! If you've got a special occasion to celebrate.. THIS IS THE PLACE!

Drink orders taken quickly. Waiter very professional and courteous keeping interruption to a minimum for business talk. My steak was done perfectly with great flavor and very tender. Twice baked potato was just okay. Overall experience was good and I can easily recommend this place and I will return again.

A little back story first. I came to Porterhouse one night after eating at Alexander's Steakhouse in Cupertino; so I already told my party that we shouldn't compare the two dinners side-by-side, that wouldn't be fair.

I couldn't help but be a little snobby when I walked through the long corridor to the front door, but their Porterhouse steak changed my mind. They told me their steaks are dry-aged 28 days, and I can certainly taste it. Their steaks are tender and flavorful, and not too far from the steaks from Alexander's.

Don't expect much in terms of services, wine list, or decor, but expect a good piece of steak from here.

This is a place for meat lovers, but they have other things to eat as well. Good place for a date, kinda fancy and kinda pricy but we'll worth it. Bring your appetite, good portions. Great wine list and bar drinks.
