(February 2, 2019, 2:53 am)Another San Mateo ramen spot...great stuff. I think I might like it more than Dojo on some days but the service is pretty terrible. Takes them a bit to get you anything but food comes out pretty quick so they can turn tables. Wait is still pretty long though. Huge bonus is a small parking lot. Miso is the way to go!

(September 28, 2018, 9:56 pm)Lobster garlic pork noodles - I was expecting lobster pieces?
Soft shell crab gave it a nice salty seafood taste.
The noodles are kind of thick. It got softer as time went past.
The quail egg yolk didn’t taste creamy.
The pork slices were thin.
Broth is very flavorful, almost too over powering. I was thirsty all day and hungry 2 hours later.
Though it’s still delicious, I wouldn’t wait over an hour for this.
