(January 19, 2019, 8:49 pm)This is a really nice place and I really want to like it. The service was good. The food was beautifully presented and tasted pretty good at the beginning but the soy and faux flavor overwhelmed near the end of the meal.
The first bite of that faux bacon was ‘wow’ best vegi bacon ever. The 3rd and 4th bite was underwhelming.
The garlic rice was delicious and the corned beef hash accompanied it well because it was crispy and salty (in a tasty way).
The pancake was dense, flat and gummy.
They have soup on their menu. I’m curious to return to try that with their garlic rice. Based on price and value, this would not be my go to for Filipino breakfast. -
