H.K.R. Andy's Restaurant

It's a small local Chinese restaurant. There is not much decoration, but the foods are decent, a bit on the salty side but tastes good. Prices are reasonable lower than those decorated higher ended restaurants in millbrae like Asian Pearl, Hong Kong flower lounge or kitchen.

Good food at a fair price, good sized portions!

Close, quick and convenient. Though be specific when ordering. I ordered salt and pepper shrimp and got deep fried with batter. Didn't mind much as their food is good nonetheless.

Chow fun was excellent, large portion , well cooked. Garlic wings equally good.
Update, again, another great meal roast duck, fried chicken. Did not disappoint.

Good food, good value. Casual place that was fairly busy but moving quickly (so there was barely a wait), service was attentive and portions were filling.

Had the Westlake Soup with beef, Mongolian beef, dry cooked garlic chicken wings (or something like that, don't remember the exact name), and clay pot tofu with salted fish. Can recommend 3 of the 4 dishes (all but the last).
