“I tried Fattys for the first time Monday, August 28 someone bought me pizza, and for the most part, I think it was good. I did however, I have to put the pizza in to my toaster oven to get a little bit more crispy on the bottom! It wasn’t soggy or anything just I like a little Mark crunch! I am a lover of pizza. I eat it every other day at least three or four times a week it’s my go to, but I did not like that. They mix both Monterey Jack and cheddar onto the pizza. I’d rather it just be Monterey Jack or white cheese then the two combined together I don’t know if there’s an option to not have that on there, but being my first time I didn’t know , but I will definitely try again in the future. They have some pretty good deals for lunchtime a small pizza with a drink for like $10 which is golden you can’t find that very many places and it’s in a good location in Lompoc so I definitely think it’s worth trying out.”

“Food is good not great, pricey but so is everything now a days. Serving time is moderate to a bit long which in my opinion if you’re going to be a food truck with high prices I expect fast paced service especially if there’s isn’t a long line. This isn’t an outrageous ask as I’ve seen great Birria food trucks (Instagram famous and all that) pump out orders to hungry customers. Not a fan of being charged a tax even when paying cash; it’s a food truck so I don’t expect this and honestly it’s the first time I come across this. Just charge the extra change and reflect it on the menu. Overall if it was at my disposal I might buy food again.”

“We stopped in for dinner after a quick Google search for restaurants in the area. They are connected to the O'Cairns Inn & Suites, but we were still able to eat there (it is my understanding that you can only get beer or wine if you're a hotel guest). Service was quick and friendly. Our waiter was very pleasant and efficient (didn't get his name, but it was Friday evening, 11/24/23). My husband got the cheeseburger and fries and I got fish and chips, both of us coffee. We both really enjoyed our meals. Also, plenty of space, the tables are spread out so you aren't crowded up against another table.”

“My first time here and this place is amazing! You can grab a tray, fill it up with amazing carb creations from the window area, then ask for the super yummy stuff behind the glass counter and they will get it for you (yes, they even have donuts!). The gentleman behind the counter was knowledgeable and friendly, he suggested I try a coconut cream sweet bread and it was excellent! He then bagged all my choices and I was stoked to learn that they take cards! I was very keen on trying these custard filled shell pastries and they did not disappoint (picture attached). I apologize for not knowing the names for these delicious creations, and I apologize to the owners for not trying this place sooner! I highly recommend Panadería La Victoria for fulfilling your sweet tooth or carb desires! 10/10”

“The restaurant has a new owner and the food and selection has greatly improved. The only issue I had was the service could be better! A hello would be great and a few refills on water and asking how my meal would have been nice. I was a lone diner and it took 30 minutes for another water refill and I had to ask for one while groups of other people got refills on the spot! I went again on January 9th and I got a lot better service and I even got more than one refill of water and the waiter was a lot more hospitable! The food was as good as last time!”

“The trip down Jalama Beach Road was as good as the burger. The road was scenic, narrow and winding, perfect for a motorcycle or a convertible. The destination was as good as the trip. A very fresh homemade burger for under $10.00. The softness of the bun contrasted well with the juiciness of the meat and the crunchiness of the fresh toppings. Overall a very pleasent way to spend a early evening. The store is on Summer hours which mean they now close at 6:30 instead of 5:00 PM as listed on the internet.”

“Love this Subway. I live closer to the central Subway in town but chose to come in here and glad I did. Sweet subway worker named Lindsey noticed I came in before (I’m deaf) and she proceeded to sign asl, “Hi my name is Lindsey” I have to say that made my evening. It’s been difficult communicating with people due to mask not being able to lip read and that was a sweet gesture. Thank you Lindsey and Subway for delish sandwiches!”

“I love that The Beach has fresh and healthy options... especially thankful for the vegan options! I always seem to crave it when they're closed, but now and then, I catch them during business hours. Last time, I got a sandwich with hummus, cucumbers, sprouts, tomatoes. The bread was fresh and delicious. We also enjoyed a side of sliced vegetables with hummus and a Dole Whip to drink. It was more than I could eat in one meal, so I enjoyed some of it later. I love to eat on the patio outside, enjoy the music, and someday, I'll get there for a live music performance (which they host regularly). Once, I watched a launch from the patio, great view and a comfortable seat! One wish would be to offer vegan options for substitutes in the smoothies. Honey is a no go for me. I got a berry smoothie once but I was disappointed with no yogurt option and no sweetener... I got only berries, ice, and water :( but I know that it is only a matter of time and availability. Thank you to the owner and employees for providing a much needed haven.”

“What a great breakfast. Coffee was great. Service was great. The food was incredible. I ordered the pork chop special and normally the breakfast pork chops are dry because they are thin cut, not these. They had great flavor and were juicy. The homestyle potatoes had big pieces of bell peppers and were seasoned perfect. If you are in town and looking for a place to eat breakfast you have to go here, you will not be disappointed.”
