Skyview Los Alamos

Had a wonderful stay here. Interior and exterior midcentury design is on point. Everything you need and nothing you don't: we don't typically make use of hotel gyms, spas, and services, but we love a good pool, a mean bar, and a few nice outdoor places to hang -- Skyview checks all those boxes. Can't beat the proximity to Los Alamos with all the great tasting rooms and restaurants (you could even grab a bike from the hotel and ride there!), yet the hilltop setting is super peaceful. Very kind service that's been thoughtfully refreshed for millenials (e.g., no in-room phone but texting for whatever you may need) and we felt super comfy with their COVID protocol (e.g., breakfast and hot coffee dropped on your doorstep each morning). Can't wait to have another reason to return!

Beautiful! It has the nostalgia of hotels which may have been on Route 66, with a modern elegance.

I had the pleasure of working with Britt to plan a small event for my parents 40th anniversary. Britt was so wonderful and responsive and made our event absolutely perfect! She was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make it very special. Peter, the restaurant manager, along with Franz, did such a wonderful job setting up and assisting our group throughout the night. The chef was amazing and we can't stop talking about how delicious the food was. Service, food and drinks were spectacular. Definitely a night to remember and highly recommend!

Beautiful little hotel just off the highway, right in the middle of Southern California’s wine country. Loved our room with private patio overlooking the valley. Hotel seemed to be taking COVID seriously which is great, however the pool reservation system doesn’t seem to be monitored very well. When we did go to the pool most people seemed to be crowded on one side while the other half was wide open. That really was our only issue as it felt slightly unsafe. Other than that though the staff were amazing and friendly and we would definitely go back.

Amazing spot to stay on an LA SF drive. These guys knocked it out of the park. Love the attention to detail with every aspect of the experience. Great rooms, great amenities, great views.
