    It’s a great spot; I work at the Visitor Center across the parking lot and often stop in for a sandwich or a beer, and everyone I’ve sent here has been really happy. Looking forward to their next comedy stand-up night!

    Kids room with covered babysitter on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Awesome spot for parents and kids. Good food and beer. I liked the red and IPA.

    Brass Bear isn't quite as big as some of the other breweries in the Funk Zone. They have good beer and more of a mellow family vibe that makes it an easy place just to sit back and enjoy a beer with some friends rather than people watching the whole time.

    Wednesday night club cub was a great way for the kids to be be entertained while we had some dinner. all menu but everything we had was very well done. Thumbs up on the Fall Wheat as well as the excellent selection of local guest taps.

    Had the IPA and Double IIPA. Both are fantastic! My friends and I were looking for a beer and snacks between lunch and dinner and shared the chicken and beef skewers with the potato cake and mixed greens. Delicious! And a perfect size to tide us over before dinner. Happened by because we had our dog with us and we could sit on the handful of benches outside with him. This will definitely become our regular stop when passing Santa Barbara on the 101!
