Great food and friendly service. The atmosphere was great

The food was incredibly tasty! We got take-out, but I did like the look of the outdoor dining area. My only complaint was the level of spice in the salsas. Now I know and can adjust accordingly. I'll definitely be eating there again.

Los Agaves is a regular stop for us in Santa Barbara, we frequently do take-out, for which they excel, but the dining-in experience is great too. The owners are always chatting up customers, breaking the menu down for people, it's a real family affair, and the menu always features authentic, no nonsense dishes carefully prepared. The salsa bar is top notch as well!

I ordered Agaves Enchilada, oh my goodness it was so delicious! We actually got forgotten about and had to ask a waitress for help but it was worth the wait and gave us free guac! Highly recommended. Please buy this and be happy.

Amazing Mexican food with a complex flavor. Portions are generous while not overwhelming. Rice and beans are well balanced when paired with the man dish. The Al Pastor is delicious with a sweet pineapple flavor. Atmosphere is casual with a relaxed feel. Staff was helpful and polite. Will go back again with friends.
