I ordered the beef shabu shabu and ramen 🍜. BTY, for the shabu shabu, they only offer traditional Japanese shabu( Hot water with seaweed not soup one).

The food was great however they made us wait for way too long. There were two servers, one was excellent, the other was awful. No one greeted to us when we came in. We waited for about 10-15 mins before we got seated and another 40 mins for my food to come. To be fair the food tasted wonderful. Just wish they could have better service.

Kai Sushi was such a great outdoor dining experience on State Street today. The sushi 🍣 was very fresh, the tempura crispy and warm, and the service was swift and polite. Andrew was our server and he was great. The food was very reasonably priced. The lunch special included a delicious beef/noodle soup, salad, fresh sushi, rice and beef or chicken for $12. Hard to find such great service, fresh great tasting food and reasonable prices. Everone enjoyed their meal.
